Google+ updated to support hashtags & improved sharing.

Seems like Mountain View is in an update frenzy these days. After Google Current and Google Goggles, it is now to Google+ to receive an update that brings support for hashtags. But most importantly, the app got an improved sharing support from third party apps. As usual, Google also made some bug fixes and performance improvements.
