Video chat now on your Android phone.

It's now official, Android phones now supports video calls through Google Talk. A long asked-for feature, you will now be able to initiate a voice or video chat on your phone on the go. Google Talk works over 3G and WiFi. A great feature of the new Google talk is the ability to do something else while still chatting with a friend. Now if you started a video call and need to switch to another app, GTalk will automatically switch the video off and keep the audio on. That's a nice one.

Google Talk with video will initially be pushed out to Nexus S devices and will reach other 2.3+ devices in a near future. Learn more on Google Mobile blog.
