Official eBay app supports custom ringtones and "Quiet times"

The official eBay app for Android got an update yesterday that lets users personalize eBay notifications with custom ringtones. Also included is the ability to set "quiet times", a feature that will silence the notifications during work time or at night and help you focus on what is important during those times.

Note: Notifications are now being delivered via Google Cloud Messaging. This requires you to give a new permission before it can be installed.

    I received this update yesterday evening, turned on quiet time setting, and still got a notification at 6 in the morning. Be warned, this feature may not work for you. I am trying times for east coast now to see if that helps.

    Quite times do not work! I get notifications often at night and I have my quite time set from 10pm to 6am.

    I have tried using the quiet times setting on the ebay app and it does not work. Have set the quiet times from 10.30pm - 9am but regularly sends me messages. Don't know why this function does not work as everything else seems to.
